I have a serious weakness for cookbooks. I love them endlessly. If you’re like me, you’re probably on the hunt for the next one that either offers fabulous recipes or is beautiful enough to keep on your coffee table. To hopefully spread the joy, here are a few of my favorites:
- The Forest Feast: Simple Vegetarian Recipes form My Cabin in the Woods by Erin Gleeson. This is the first cookbook I ever seriously loved. It’s gorgeous and the recipes have very few ingredients, yet are successfully satisfying.
- The Forest Feast Gatherings: Simple Vegetarian Menus for Hosting Friends & Family by Erin Gleeson. If I loved her first one, I figured I’d love her second. I do. Equally as beautiful and simple.
- Half Baked Harvest: Recipes from My Barn in the Mountains by Tieghan Gerard. I’ll admit, I haven’t made anything from this cookbook yet, though, the amount of recipes I have tabbed to try is excessive. She combines ingredients I wouldn’t think of using together in a way that makes you believe it won’t just work, but it’ll be delicious.
